Even Apple won't sue over this one

I've been reading Clients from Hell for the past few weeks, and ran across this good one about a mockup design layout. The Clients from Hell entry reads, in part:

Client: “....I’ve seen this text in Apple’s word processor, are you copying Apple?”

Me: “It’s Lorem Ipsum, standard dummy text used in mockups.”

Of course, you can be sure that some lawyer somewhere is going to unearth the "Lorem Ipsum" patent and sue EVERYBODY.
