Sometimes we have bad days. Mark Hurd probably isn't having all that good a day today. Since Hurd isn't a proposal writer, and since he probably doesn't read my Google Reader shares, he probably didn't see this post from The Proposal Guys. The Proposal Guys (and a panda) obviously address their comments to proposal writers, but some of them have more general applicability.
In this post, BJ Lownie quotes from the child of a friend of a friend. The child's father was stuck in traffic, and the child said:
Daddy, you need to calm down. Let’s take a few deep breaths together. Then we can find a playground, you can swing for a while, and we’ll all feel much better.
Well, maybe your Ruby on Rails blog has some equally inspiring item, but this was a good way to start the weekend.
